Product & Shipping FAQ

How do I care for my terracotta?

Hand-wash only with mild soap. Avoid rapid temperature changes to prevent cracking. Terracotta is porous and will develop a unique patina over time.

Is the terracotta food-safe?

Yes, all our functional pieces like bowls and plates are glazed with lead-free, food-safe glazes unless specifically noted as decorative only.

How are items shipped?

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging designed for fragile ceramics. Shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Workshop Essentials & FAQ

What should I bring to the workshop?

Just your creativity! We provide all the clay, tools, and aprons needed for the session. However, we do recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little dusty with earth.

Do I need prior experience?

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, especially beginners. Our instructors will guide you through every step, from wedging the clay to centering on the wheel and pulling your first walls.

What is the booking and cancellation policy?

Bookings can be made online through our classes page. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a partial credit towards a future session.

Return Policy

We take pride in the artisanal quality of our terracotta artifacts. Given the fragile nature of handcrafted clay, we ensure every piece is packed with the utmost care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement. For workshops, cancellations made 7 days in advance are eligible for credit toward a future session.
