Handmade Product Disclaimer (Variations in Products)Â
​Every piece is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in shape, size, color, texture, and glaze finish are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and should not be considered defects.
Breakage / Damage in Transit
​We take extreme care in packaging your products securely. However, in the rare event of receiving a damaged item, customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs. Claims without valid proof will not be entertained.

Order Cancellation PolicyÂ
​Orders can only be cancelled within 12 Hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
