Deliveries & Exchanges
We cherish every piece of handcrafted clay we create and gift-wrap each item with immense care. Delivery schedules fluctuate by region but usually span about 5 to 10 working days. Since our work is artisanal, please embrace the slight natural differences in hue or form as proof of the earthy, genuine clay soul that makes each vessel special.
Should a package arrive broken, notify us within 48 hours and share a few photos of the damage. We will happily process an exchange or a full reimbursement. Other return requests are viewed individually, provided the terracotta is sent back in its original box and the shipping costs are covered by the buyer's own pocket.

Shipping Policy
We ship our handcrafted terracotta across India for a flat fee of ₹100. Residents in Maharashtra enjoy local delivery for ₹100 on orders under ₹1000, and free shipping for orders ₹1000 and above. Please note we do not offer international shipping or in-store pickup. We pack each artisanal piece with care to ensure it reaches you safely.
Returns Policy
Because our terracotta items are fragile and handmade, we ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a full refund or replacement. For other returns, products must be in original packaging; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns for minor natural variations in the clay.
